Once offers are received, I will help you evaluate and compare them, negotiate the best possible terms and price on your behalf, and provide expert advice to make a more informed decision. After accepting an offer, I will coordinate the contract-to-close process, including attorney review, inspections, and appraisals, ensuring all parties stay on track and meet critical deadlines. Additionally, I will facilitate the final walkthrough and closing, addressing any last-minute issues and ensuring a seamless transition to complete the sale.
