Installed in 2014 and located atop the College of Arts & Sciences building, this advanced telescope is the largest university-based telescope in Florida, offering a premier research and training platform for students. Its precision optics and robust design make it an ideal tool for exploring various astronomical phenomena, from celestial objects to deep-space events. Students engage in hands-on learning, conducting observational research and data analysis, which enhances their understanding of astrophysics and observational techniques.
