Offering three distinct floorplans, each caters to diverse lifestyle needs. WHERE
SHUT TLE SERVICE
There are ongoing efforts to establish a regional shuttle service in the Mayflower /Jordanelle area, with a designated private pickup point located in front of Keetley Square (the commercial plaza currently under development across the street!). Once the shuttle service is operational, it will provide convenient transportation to Park City, nearby resorts, and ski lifts. Additionally, there are various airport shuttle options available. The HOA fee for townhome owners is currently $420/month. The HOA fee covers costs like road snow removal, grounds maintenance, storm system maintenance and common area insurance. Since the development is brand-new, the developer is in the process of forming the HOA Entity. Once formed, owners will participate in the HOA Board and vote as home-owners to determine community priorities and commensurate dues amounts, and the like. For more information about the HOA, consult with the CC&Rs (Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions document) for further details.
