Experience of working across a highly complex, high-public footfall with critical facilities. Demonstrable experience in leading change and transformation programmes resulting in performance improvement in a hard FM environment. Extensive experience of leading and managing substantial and high value customer focussed facilities management business, preferably in higher education and / or specialist scientific environment. Experience of strategic planning including sourcing delivery options and procurement for major campuses Experience of managing financial and budgetary resources in a team leadership capacity.

Be flexible in duties undertaken and to work outside normal working when required. Lead staff meetings, relevant seminars, workshops and training events.
