There were 125 townhome listings in Coquitlam in June, 25% above May but 24% lower vs June 2019. The 43 townhome sales in June were a 30% increase month-over-month and 48% higher year-over-year. The sales-to-listings ratio increased to 34% as Coquitlam’s townhome market remained a seller’s market. The townhome benchmark price in June was $693,800, 0.9% above May and 6% higher vs June 2019. The average sold price was $837,993 with an average PSF sales price of $490 (0.3% and 1.9% higher, respectively, vs May).
