The 357 condo listings in Coquitlam in June were up 13% fromMay but 14% lower vs June 2019. Year-over-year condo sales increased 33% in June (to 85) and were up 73% vs May. The sales-to-listings ratio increased to 24%, as Coquitlam’s condo market transitioned to seller’s market territory. The condo benchmark price in June was $526,300, down 1.5% month-over-month but 2% above June 2019. The average sold price was $530,324 in June (1.6% lower vs May) while the average PSF sales price was $696 (unchanged vs May).
