The number of townhome listings in the Fraser Valley board area increased to 1,187 in June, 11% above last month but 24% lower than last year. At 451, townhome sales were up 102% vs May but 38% below last year. The sales-to-listings ratio, at 38%, transitioned to a favourable market for sellers. The benchmark price in June was $559,600, up 0.8% from last month and 1.9% higher vs last year. The average sold price, at $596,117, was 2% higher between May and June while the average PSF sales price was 1.3% higher (at $377).
