At 231, the number of townhome listings in Langley were 29% higher month-over-month but 21% below June of last year. Townhome sales, at 95, were up 43 vs May and 21 above last June. The sales-to-listings ratio increased to 41% in June, as Langley’s townhome segment remained in seller’s market territory. The benchmark price in June was $574,400, 0.9% above last month and 3% higher vs last year. The average sold price was $585,130, while the average PSF sales price was $380 (down 5% and 2%, respectively, from last month).
