At 106, the number of townhome listings in North Vancouver increased 10% vs last month but 28% below June 2019. The 39 townhome sales in June were up 12 from both May as well as June 2019. The sales-to-listings ratio jumped to 37%, as North Vancouver’s townhome market remained favourable to sellers. June’s benchmark price was $989,000 increasing 1.5% fromMay and 4% above June of last year. The average sold price was $1.0M (1.9% above May) while the average PSF sales price was $705 (a 7% decline fromMay).
