The number of condo sales increased by 109% vs May (to 134) and rose by 13% vs June 2019. The sales-to-listings ratio jumped to 20%, as Richmond’s condo market transitioned to balanced market conditions. The condo benchmark price was $650,700 in June, 0.3% belowMay but 4% above June 2019. The average sold price was $560,624 (down 5% vs May) while the average PSF sales price was $675 (0.3% higher vs May).
