The sales-to-listings ratio in June increased to 16%, as Squamish’s detached segment remained a bal- anced market. At $977,100, the benchmark price for detached homes was 3% higher vs May and 2% above June 2019. The average sold price of $1.13Mwas 3% above May and 33% higher vs June 2019.
