At 43, the number of townhome listings in Squamish were 2% above May but 7% below June 2019. Townhome sales, at 16, were up 11 month-over- month and by 8 year-over-year. The sales-to-listings ratio jumped to 37% in June as Squamish’s townhome market transitioned to sell- er’s market territory. The benchmark price in June was $681,500, relative- ly unchanged from last month and 0.5% lower than last year. The average sold price was $722,369, while the average PSF sales price was $501 (up 5% and 1.6%, respectively, from last month).
