The 1,571 detached listings in Surrey in June were up 9% month-over-month but 24% lower year-over-year. June’s detached sales (312 homes) were 114% above May and 18% above June 2019. The sales-to-listings ratio increased in June, to 20%, as Surrey’s detached market transitioned to a bal- anced market. At $1.09M, the benchmark price for detached homes was relatively unchanged fromMay and 3% higher vs June 2019. The average sold price of $1.19Mwas 6% higher month-over-month and 9% above June of last year.
