The sales-to-listings ratio increased to 25%, reflect- ing seller’s market conditions in Surrey. June’s condo benchmark price of $400,500 was 0.3% above May and 5% higher vs June 2019. The average sold price was $404,281 at an average PSF sales price of $524 (down 0.6% and up 4%, respectively, fromMay).
