Condo listings in Vancouver East increased 17% month-over-month (to 442) while June’s listings were down 21% year-over-year. Condo sales increased by 71% fromMay (to 130) and were 46% higher vs last year. The sales-to-listings ratio increased to 29%, as Vancouver East’s condo segment transitioned to seller’s market territory. June’s condo benchmark price was $588,400, 1.2% lower month-over-month but 3% above this time last year. The average sold price was $639,897, a 1% decrease from last month, with an average PSF sales price of $856, 0.5% below last month.
