At 201, the number of townhome listings in Vancouver West were 5% higher in June than in May but 34% below June 2019. Townhome sales, at 34, were up by 4 vs May and 1 above last June. The sales-to-listings ratio increased to 17% in June as Vancouver West’s townhome market remained in balanced market territory. The benchmark price in June was $1.12M, 0.5% below last month and the same amount below last year. The average sold price was $1.36M, while the aver- age PSF sales price was $977 (increasing 18% and 1.2%, respectively, from last month).
