Celebrating 20 years of supplying the Immergas range, RVR Energy Technology Limited is also looking ahead with the launch of the Italian manufacturer’s new split heat pump. Ideal for the Irish climate with its built-in buffer tank and frost protection, the Immergas Magis Hercules Pro Mini is a compact, high-quality solution for modern builds including multi-site developments. It builds on the Italian firm’s reputation as a global innovator in heating and renewables. Immergas was established in 1964, initially producing gas boilers for residential and commercial use before evolving into high efficiency condensing boilers and renewables. In 2003, RVR Energy Technology began distributing Immergas gas boilers and the Co Kerry-based firm has since rolled out Immergas’ continuously advancing innovations in eco-friendly heating technologies to the Irish market. Introducing the Immergas Magis Hercules Pro Mini
Compact and accessible design: Offering maximum frontal access and reduced space requirements in the home, it is ideal for spaces with limited room. High efficiency in various conditions: Available in 6kW and 9kW versions, ensuring high energy efficiency in new buildings and renovations. User-friendly interface: A large display with illuminated touch keys allows for easy adjustment, setting operating modes, programming time slots and controlling up to three system zones, while supporting anti-legionella control and DHW recirculation. Photovoltaic system compatibility: The range is designed to work effectively with PV systems, enabling the use of solar energy for DHW and heating. Indoor unit: Includes a DHW storage tank in high quality 316 stainless steel with immersion heater, buffer tank, hydraulic distribution system, expansion vessels, 3-way valve and flow meter with a Y filter. Outdoor unit technology: Using Samsung technology, it features an inverter-driven rotary compressor, R32 refrigerant gas, finned heat exchanger, bi-flow electronic expansion valve and 4-way valve for reversible operation.

Split air-to-water system: The heat pumps consist of an external unit and an all-in-one internal unit, integrating all components necessary for heating and domestic hot water (DHW) production. Integrated buffer tank: Included as standard, simplifying installation and greatly enhancing reliability and performance in humid wintery conditions. Frost protection: There is no water in the external unit, while the internal water circuit is protected from frost, making these heat pumps suitable for cold climates.
