A survey will be completed prior to the sale and tracts 1-6 will be sold on a price per acre basis, based on the acreages obtained from the completed survey. Tracts 1-4 will be offered through the marketing method of “Buyers Choice”, whereas the high bidder can purchase (in any order) any or all of tracts 1-4 for their high bid. “Buyers Choice” auctioning will continue until tracts 1-4 have all been elected. Next, tracts 5-6 will be offered through the marketing method of “Buyers Choice”, whereas the high bidder can purchase (in any order) either or both of tracts 5-6 for their high bid. “Buyers Choice” auctioning will continue until both tracts 5-6 have all been elected.
