GENERAL MANAGER’S MESSAGE | PHIL IANNELLI
MANAGEMENT TEAM
Christine Jordan Director of Clubhouse Operations
Summer Greetings!
July has arrived—and this time, the weather and the Club calendar are in perfect agreement. With sunshine overhead and a full slate of events ahead, this truly is the heart of the season. From golf and tennis tournaments to junior activities, swim meets, and our always-popular Lobster Night, there’s no shortage of ways to enjoy the Club this month. And of course, don’t miss the highlight of the season: our July 4th celebration—a can’t-miss tradition that brings the entire community together. A Quick Word About Expectations . . . With no major renovations or projects underway at the moment, our attention has naturally turned to the day-to-day details—the smaller things that, if left unaddressed, can have a big impact on everyone’s experience. These issues mainly relate to how members and guests use the Club, and, in some cases, expectations are not being fully met. Before we talk about rules, let’s talk about awareness. The goal isn’t to penalize—it’s to inform. So, in the spirit of keeping everyone on the same page, here’s a quick refresher on a few key topics that have recently come to light:
Tip Tribbitt, CEC Executive Chef
Mindy Blumetti Chief Financial Officer
Meghan Spero, PGA Membership Development & Communications Manager
Steve Buenaga Human Resources Manager
Parking Lot Safety Let’s all take a moment to drive more mindfully on Club property. Recent concerns include: Speeding Failing to yield to pedestrians Driving the wrong way
Jonathan Urbanski Director of Golf Courses & Grounds
Michael Shank, PGA Director of Golf
Letting children run unattended Using cell phones while driving
Liezel Huber Director of Racquets and Sports
Please slow down, stay alert, and prioritize safety—especially with so many children and families around.
Clark Verchick Chief Engineer
Supervision of Children A friendly reminder: children under the age of ten must not be left unattended anywhere on Club property. For everyone's safety and enjoyment, parents are expected to supervise their children at all times and be mindful of how their behavior affects others. Guest Privileges We love seeing new faces, and guests are always welcome—within guidelines. Each area of the Club (golf, racquets, fitness, pool) has specific rules on the number and frequency of guests. Members are responsible for ensuring guests are familiar with Club rules and always accompanying them.
