Dress Code Dress expectations vary by location—so be aware of where you are: Pub37, the Grill, Tavern, and Main Lobby each have distinct dress codes – formal can move to casual but casual can’t move to formal Please be mindful of collar requirements, denim restrictions, appropriate skirt/short lengths, shirts that tuck-in and hats that are removed indoors. If you’re unsure, the Club handbook is your best resource—or just ask!
Event Cancellations and No-Shows Popular events often have waitlists. Last-minute cancellations and no-shows not only impact planning—they also deny other members a chance to participate. Please notify the Club promptly if your plans change.
Corkage Policy Bringing your own wine? Great! Just be sure:
The bottle is not a duplicate or similar to something on the Club’s wine list It’s something truly unique or meaningful from your personal collection You’re observing the spirit of the policy: to enjoy a special bottle alongside a Chef-prepared meal in the DINING ROOM. Generally, a typical California Cabernet doesn’t qualify.
Golf Course Etiquette We all share the courses—let’s treat them with care: Maintain a proper pace of play Rake bunkers after use Replace/fill divots and repair ball marks Obey cart rules and signage Respect appropriate attire rules Keep all electronics silent—no music
Member Conduct Courtesy, respect, and consideration are cornerstones of your club community. The Club’s published Guiding Principles of Member Conduct ask members to behave as ladies and gentlemen, treating one another—and staff—with kindness and respect.
A Final Note Parking lots are for vehicles, locker rooms are for changing your shoes.
Why It All Matters Every rule and expectation is crafted not by management, but by your fellow members—people just like you who care about protecting the spirit of the Club. When followed collectively, these small standards create the atmosphere, hospitality, and community cherished by all. They’re what make this place special—and what make you proud to be members. If you’re unsure about any detail or would like to review the complete guidelines, the Club Handbook is just a click away. Or feel free to reach out to me directly—I’m always happy to help clarify or answer questions. As always, I look forward to seeing you around your Club this summer. Enjoy every moment! Phil Iannelli
