Collinsville's Keaton Deboard (#10) runs the football in the Panthers 2021 season finale against DeKalb County rival Valley Head. Deboard rushed for 126 yards against Valley Head. He had 998 total rushing yards and 370 kick return yards to give him 1,368 all-purpose yards during the 2021 football season. He also passed for 303 total yards. Collinsville finished the season at 3-7 overall and did not make the state playoffs. Deboard finishes season with over 1,300 all-purpose yards

Sylvania Senior Sawyer Hughes (#4) and the Sylvania Rams fell to Piedmont 40-20 in the opening round of the AHSAA State Playoffs. The Rams finished the 2021 season with an 8-3 overall record and a second place finish in Class 3A Region 7. With the win over Sylvania, Piedmont advanced to the second round of the playoffs against Lauderdale County. Sylvania Falls in Opening Round
