ABOUT US
Admission is the rst and most basic step a patient will take when there is a medical related issue. This action can be described as when a patient enters a hospital or ward for observation, investigation, treatment and care. Through the admission process, patients are able to be given medical attention by the appropriate doctor. There are two types of admission which are Emergency Admission and Routine Admission. Emergency Admission occurs when a patient is in critical conditions and in need of immediate treatment. Meanwhile, Routine Admission patient is admitted for treatment needed based on patient’s problem.

Discharged document will be prepared
