Pride Magazine 2025

Proud to Drive Change: Celebrating Our LGBTQ+ Team At Aircoach, inclusion isn’t just a policy, it’s part of who we are. As we connect people across the island of Ireland, we also celebrate the diversity that drives us forward. This Pride, we’re proud to shine a light on our incredible LGBTQ+ employees who bring passion, perspective, and purpose to their work every day. We’re honoured to share just a few of the stories behind the uniform.

Pride brings us all together to celebrate love but also to remember our fellow LGBTQ+ around the world who still do not get the same rights as most of us. The fight is stronger than ever to make it equal around the world, especially as we see a lot of division growing. Aircoach makes me a proud employee as all staff are accepting and we have a very diverse workforce, we want to continue the hard work with local prides to support and connect communities as much as we can.

“ MTU’s hands-on learning environment and supportive community are helping me build my future, while also inspiring others to do the same. ”

Aircoach is a place where I’ve never had to hide who I am, and that makes a huge difference. There’s a real sense of acceptance and openness here, and I’ve always felt like my voice matters. I’m proud to say that I’ve always felt respected and supported by my team. My experience here has never been defined by my sexuality, I’m simply seen as a colleague and a leader, just like anyone else.
