We welcome three student learners this summer: Ivan Wong is a PT student. Brendan and Daniel are local high school students.

Brendan is a intelligent student with high hopes of going to Western or Ryerson university to pursue a career Daniel Amodeo is a 17-year old, grade 11 SHSM student at St. Michaels catholic secondary school, who loves sports, especially baseball and hockey. He enjoy the school subjects of Biology and Kinesiology

Ivan is currently a Masters student completing his Master of Science in Physiotherapy from the University of Birmingham (UK) and is expected to graduate in December 2018. He has earned his Bachelor of

path in Nursing. In his free time he plays Clarinet for the Humberview SS wind ensemble and likes to go swimming with his friends.

Science Degree in Kinesiology and Health Science and a Certificate in Athletic Therapy at York University. In 2016, he became certified as an Athletic Therapist, CAT(C), in Canada. Ivan has experience working in an inpatient and outpatient setting. He has worked closely with patients with musculoskeletal, cardiovascular and neurological conditions. Much of his experience comes from United Kingdom Hospitals and Clinics. Brendan is a caring and responsible student. Currently at Humberview Secondary School, he is in a Health and Wellness Program. This program allows him to take part in experiential learning opportunities whether it be touring universities or watching presentations by health

and aspires to become a sports therapist in the future. Daniel has two younger siblings and lives with his mother and father. He works part-time as a referee and umpire in the local leagues. Daniel is really excited to start his placement at Core Solutions this summer.
