The College of Legal Practice prospectus 2024/25

In addition to our two SQE Preparation Modules, in the LLM in Legal Practice you’ll be offered a choice of two transactional skills modules. We offer a range of training modules across core practice areas. Our learning structure for these modules replicates work-based transactional tasks, helping individuals work independently when performing the responsibilities commonly assigned to newly qualified solicitors. Entry requirements UK undergraduate degree or equivalent experience English language qualifications (e.g. IELTS) if English isn’t your first language You should have an understanding of the law of England and Wales prior to taking these modules. For example, evidenced by the completion of a SQE1 preparation course or having passed the SQE1 assessment. Credits for LLM in Legal Practice 30 at FHEQ Level 7 Course options
