LIPSON, Senior Vice President, Berkadia Mr. Lipson has over Twenty five years of experience in commercial real estate. RICHARD LITTON, JR., President, Harbor Group International Richard Litton joined Harbor Group International in 2004 as Execu- tive Vice President & General Counsel and was promoted to Presi- dent in 2005. As President, he oversees day-to-day operations for the company and supervises Harbor Group’s Transactions Group.
