PCCP recently broke ground on a 405,000 s/f distribution center in Union Twp. Known as LogistiCenterSM at 78-81, the new facility is located on a 43-acre site at the intersection of I-78 and I-81. Dermody Properties and PCCP broke ground at the site on September 16, and expect to complete construction in the spring of 2016. R. S. Mowery & Sons, Inc. is serving as the general con- tractor for the project. “Having recently acquired this site with PCCP, we are excited to now turn our at- tention to the development of LogistiCenterSM at 78-81,” said Eugene Preston , part- ner, Dermody Properties East Region Office. “We are focused on designing and building a modern, flexible-use facility that will allow future custom- ers to reach consumers quickly and efficiently.” Upon completion, Logisti- CenterSM at 78-81 will be a front-load distribution build- ing with a separate lot provid- ing excess parking capacity. The state-of-the-art facility Binswanger handles multiple Philadelphia sales Bala Cynwyd, PA — Rep- resenting 9 Presidential As- sociates, Scott Gabrielsen of Binswanger , working with James Dugan and Mike Ma- loney of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank , negotiated the sale of their 26,584 s/f of- fice building at 9 Presidential Blvd. in Bala Cynwyd. The building was purchased by Brandywine Realty Trust for $4 million. Binswanger represented Darby ESK Property on the purchase of an 8,532 s/f class A office building at 1950 Law- rence Rd. in Havertown. The property was sold by Lee Ca- saccio for $1.662 million. Mike Barker of CBRE represented the seller. Working for Glenbrook Re- alty Associates, Binswanger ar- ranged the sale of a three-story 11,200 s/f building on .148 acres located at 806, 808 and 810 Glenbrook Ave. in Bryn Mawr. The property was purchased by Richard I. Rubin for $900,000. The transactions were han- dled by Gabrielsen. n
