hiladelphia, PA — J.G. Petrucci Com- pany Inc. announced that the Station at Manayunk took home three awards at the annual Best in Apartment Living Awards, held in Phila- delphia on September 17. The Station at Manayunk won awards in all three cat- egories honored on the night. The property won platinum (first place) in Leasing, gold (second place) inMaintenance, and silver (third place) in Community Presentation. This was the first year the Sta- tion at Manayunk had entered

its name for consideration. “It felt amazing to win the awards,” said Maegan Corcoran, Alliance Resi- dential Company’s north- east regional manager. “It was exciting for the team to get a lot of notice from our peers in the room. We made a strong statement to the property management world and showed them that we [Al- liance Residential Company] provide a level of excellence at all times.” The award banquet was hosted and presented by the Pennsylvania Apartment As-

sociation (PAA) East, which the Station at Manayunk is a member of. All apart- ment communities within the Greater Philadelphia area, including Cherry Hill, NJ, were included. “These awards are a tes- tament to all parties who worked tirelessly to make the Station at Manayunk a suc- cess. Licensed in Pennsylvania and Florida, he also holds the title of director of Marcus & Millichap’s Na- tional Retail Group. While he will concentrate on Pennsyl- vania retail properties, John Wilson has experience across the east coast with many dif- ferent types of commercial real estate. Wilson started his position with Marcus & Millichap in April and has already been involved in the trading of properties from New Jersey through North Carolina.
