ALISBURY, MD — Sperry Van Ness - Miller Commercial Real Estate Advisors’ Chris Peek, CCIM and Rick Tilgh- man, CCIM recently sold the Blackwater Maryland Termi- nal Storage & Distribution Facility in Salisbury. The 27 acre property fronts on the Wicomico River and was pur- chased by Center Point Ter- minal Company, LLC, which was represented by Randy Bendler of Bendler Realty .
