F or BANDERA it’s not enough just to promise; the company, thanks to the dedicated program related to the Circular Economy, invites interested parties to experiment, try and verify the results of the extrusion of their own material. Bottle to Bottle PET Bandera offers to our industry its Bottle- to-Bottle PET solution: it’s the result of Bandera’s long experience generated from in-depth studies on polyethylene terephthalate. The company, boosting a 20 years of know-how and growth, has built more than 300 systems set on the recovery of bottle flakes and intended for applications in rigid packaging and much more.

The program, based on the new EU Circular Economy directives regarding the recycling of plastic materials, takes up consistent investments by Bandera, being its contribution to the circular economy truly important. The RiBot system, as a matter of facts, allows the reconditioning of the flakes from post-consumer bottles, transforming them into granules that can be used again in the production of new bottles. This system provides a first phase of purification (FDA / EFSA compliant) and solid-state regradation of the PET flakes thanks to a group of upgraded reactors and, subsequently, of the advantages
