Data Centre Solutions

We use BIM & 3D visualization to reduce costs and improve efficiency, offering modular free-standing and suspended aisle containment, partition and ceiling systems, structural and seismic doorsets, and security packages.

Building Offsite Our modular approach considers all aspects of the build, from the architectural aesthetics to the mechanical, electrical and process services for the particular application, and our modular services provide a rapid and effective turnaround on predictable timelines.

Healthcare Solutions Ardmac provides healthcare solutions for new builds and renovations with a focus on infection control and containment. They offer integrated facility solutions that include both general contracting and specialized subcontracting services, tailored to each project’s needs.

EV Battery Solutions Design solutions for EV Battery facilities which can be adapted to specific requirements. In line with the rapid increase in the use of electric vehicles worldwide, the global lithium- ion battery market is expected to reach a value of $95bn by 2025. Key to this target being achieved will be the availability of suitable battery manufacturing facilities.

Micro-Electronics

Ardmac has been one of the largest providers of microelectronics Cleanrooms, mini-environments and tool install packages throughout Europe. We have worked with the top wafer fab and microelectronics manufacturers, along with their key vendor supply chain partners during this time.

Cental are a leading and fast-growth provider of advanced modular infrastructure to the Data Centre, Pharma, Utilities and Telecoms industries. Cental’s manufacturing capability will support Ardmac’s ongoing agreement with US based Germfree Laboratories, to provide prefabricated turnkey modular cleanrooms and biosafety laboratories to the BioPharma and Healthcare sectors throughout Europe. It also provides a manufacturing base for all other Ardmac modular solutions under one roof. The combined expertise and resources enhance Ardmac’s capabilities as a leading provider of offsite modular solutions to its clients in the Data Centre, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare and Advanced Manufacturing sectors, whilst opening up new solutions for Commercial Fit Out clients.

Ardmac and Germfree are pleased to announce the launch of their partnership to bring Germfree bioGO Mobile and Modular Cleanroom Buildings to the European markets. Germfree provides a fully adaptable Cleanroom solution that supports manufacturing for pre-clinical or clinical stage materials in a single or multiple-module Cleanroom building. Once scale up or scale out needs are identified, additional modules can be added seamlessly. As well, a mobile solution can be used and then upgraded into a modular platform to provide the fastest implementation of Pre-clinical and early Phase discovery.

Early Contractor Engagement: lEC leads to the best outcomes for our clients. An integrated approach to service penetrations during the pre-construction stage ensures alignment between contractors and client needs. A core group of specialists and client representatives create a strong integrated schedule and steering committee for the success of a project. If that core group engages early it can provide the best possible outcome with a culture of safety at its core. With a positive culture at the core of a project, design, schedule, commercial and operations needs and targets can be met first. As a consequence the construction process can focus all efforts on its core elements such as safety, quality and production.

Waste Management Ardmac are currently achieving 99.5% waste (max achievable) diverted from landfill. This a vital step to acheiveing our waste management goal of zero waste to lanfil and overall waste reduction

MENTAL HEALTH FOCUS AT ARDMAC

At Ardmac, we are all very aware of the physical risks and on-site threats. We put safety first in everything we do. But what about the dangers we can’t see? Depression, anxiety, stress and suicidal thoughts are just as dangerous as the tangible on-site hazards. Over the past number of years there has been an increasing number of employees in the construction industry suffering from mental health issues. A 2020 study found that 83% of construction workers have experienced a mental health issue. Mental health issues are in-discriminatory and affect people in all roles. We place huge focus on regulations and on-site safety but mental health needs to be prioritised just as highly as wearing a hard hat or protective goggles. That’s why this year, Ardmac have chosen their 3 charity partners with a focus on mental health; Pieta House, Manchester Mind and the Lighthouse Construction Industry charity. Ardmac is aiming to help tackle this issue by increasing awareness of the mental health issues within the construction industry, providing the support and resources for our staff and raising vital funds for our charity partners.
