EMERGENCY ACTION:
Upon the receipt of information which may indicate that a party has committed willful misconduct or a violation of the laws and regulations that govern the effective regulation of gaming, or presents an imminent danger to the Tribal welfare, public safety, or the effective regulation of gaming, by a vote of at least a majority of Members of the Commission may immediately suspend the party’s license, employment, or business activity with the Gaming Enterprise in accordance with TGA Rules of Licensing Procedure.

EMERGENCY ACTION:
The vote could be made informally and may be made by telephone or e-mail.
The suspension shall be effective upon the issuance of written notice to the licensees.
In any such case, the Commission shall immediately notify the Gaming Commission Department Director/Agent and the action shall then proceed in accordance with the Rules and Regs.
