HEARING PROCEDURE
Exclusion of Persons from the Hearing. During the testimony of any witnesses the Hearing Chairperson may exclude any person who is not a party or special counsel to a party. Unless the Commission directs otherwise, witnesses shall be sequestered until the time they are called to testify.

HEARING PROCEDURE
Hearing Suspension. The Hearing Chairperson may terminate or suspend the hearing if the conduct of a party or any person connected with the proceeding breaches ordinary courtesy and decorum. If a party fails to conform to its conduct after being warned, the Chairperson may suspend the hearing until the party exhibits proper behavior. Alternatively, the Chairperson may close the hearing and the matter shall be submitted on the evidence received.
