CONFIDENTIALITY
• The Commission always should seek to protect the privacy of the parties. Therefore, all proceedings involving a civil penalty shall be confidential among the parties and the Commission.

CONFIDENTIALITY
• The Commission may comply with all requests for information by the National Indian Gaming Commission issued under the authority of Federal law or regulations and may provide the National Indian Gaming Commission information required under these rules. The Commission may provide any additional information to the National Indian Gaming Commission as permitted by applicable law, ordinances, rules, or regulations.
