At East Tennessee Addiction Specialists, we see the whole picture and will address the environmental, lifestyle, health, educational and psychological aspects of your addiction in order to help you get your life back. We are committed to helping you or your loved one recover from the grips of opiate abuse and other addictions. Your treatment program will be directed by board certified/eligible addiction medicine physicians. ABOUT THE CLINIC We are conveniently located at 2022 Chilhowee Medical Park, Maryville , TN. Our hours of operation are by appointment only. Due to the general lack of adequate insurance company coverage for addiction treatment, we are only able to accept direct payment in the form of cash, money order, or credit card. The cost of treatment includes establishing an individualized outpatient treatment plan, medication monitoring, urine drug testing , and counseling.
