Help young people discover their talents and experience the world with the council’s 10 by 10 scheme. Our borough has a range of activities and experiences that can open your child’s eyes to the world, build their confidence and let them have fun. On the 10 by 10 website, you can find out about the 10 activities to try before you are ten, search for local offers and activities, and track your child’s adventures across each of the 10. If you have a reception-age child at a school in Telford and Wrekin, they will have been given an adventure card to track how they do. We hope you will enjoy taking part in 10 by 10 as a family and that it sparks something in your children that you don’t expect. 10by10.telford.gov.uk

“We want Telford and Wrekin to be the best place to grow up, ensuring all children can experience a wide range of activities.

“We are very proud to be the first council in the UK to run 10 by 10. It’s been tremendously successful since its launch, with every primary school engaging with the programme and with many families taking part. This helps all children thrive, especially those that might not otherwise benefit from essential extra-

curricular activities.” Councillor Shirley Reynolds
