Indian Gaming Capital In addition to paying for usual casino operational expenses, Indian Gaming regularly undertakes capital projects to build, maintain or expand gaming facilities and other infrastructure. These capital projects require significant expenditures within the State economy and serve as an additional source of spending impact. In 2017, there were 19,662 jobs created as a direct result of $2,353,806,242 in capital spending in the States where Indian casinos are located, and throughout the United States. Capital spending also generated $1,226,808,455 in labor income and created an economic output of $3,615,705,083.
