Tuesday Scramble, Thursday Stroke Play & Saturday Events, Register at ES between 8:00 and 8:45 AM, play starts at 9AM Tuesday AM Fun Scramble – mixed teams of men & ladies, course open to all after 12:30PM Thursday AM Stroke Play – separate men’s & lady’s teams, balanced handicaps, course open to all after 12:30PM Fee: $5.00/player. An extra fee will be charged on tournament days when lunch is included. There has been over a 30% increase in golfers at all events this year over last year. We continue on with our Tuesday and Thursday scrambles as well as additional tournaments. The winners of the most recent tournament "The Orange Ball" included Wendy Vandenbrink, Richard Brown, David Walker, Theresa Beggs, Wayne Zuber and Micheline Sears. Congratulations! During this tournament there were 3 Hole in Ones. Yes you read that right...THREE!!! Congratulations Bob Doty, Richard Brown and Fred Hyde. Richard and Fred shared the pot from the Players Club Hole in One challenge. Tournaments coming soon include the Hole in One Challenge open to everyone who has ever had a hole in one. This event is scheduled for January 27th and no prior registration is required. Soon after is the Sweetheart Tournament. This is an owners only event and signups for this tournament start on January 23. Although 10 posted scores since last February are required to participate in the Net and Gross prizes, golfers with less than 10 posted scores can still participate in the gross score category. Also starting soon for members of the ORPS player club is a Match Play tournament. Signups start for this event on January 16th and play starts February 5. More fun to come in March with Night Golf for the players club!
