Foreword:
FY25 provided an opportunity for the new Facilities team to get more familiar with operational needs around the district and experience a complete year in their roles. Throughout FY25, the facilities team continues to: (1) maintain facilities in good working order, (2) address facility emergency situations, and (3) provide oversight of the CIP Plan.
This memo is intended to provide:
- An overview of the status of the District’s 13-year Capital Improvement Program (CIP) plan, now its sixth year, with some updated guidance based on a Facility Condition Assessment conducted during FY23 - A summary of several capital projects completed and/or underway in FY25. - A summary of Proposed FY26 CIP Projects
