Law enforcement and other agencies use this database when checking drivers’ legality, such as when a police officer pulls you over. Failure to abide by these laws leaves drivers susceptible to fines and penalties, such as a license suspension and limits on registering new vehicles. Today, Chi Chi is a registered therapy dog, offering strength, love, and support to those who need it most. She visits VA hospitals, assisted living facilities, and children with disabilities.
