Is hydrogen the solution?

intermediate species as the solid interfaces that forms, carries an energy requirement that grows as the particle size decreases. 14

In conclusion, hydrogen fuel cells are one of the most promising alternative energy sources for future usage, when taking into consideration the world’s demand for energy and climate change with the emission of greenhouse gases. Despite the problems of sourcing hydrogen economically and efficiently, of cheaply developing fuel cells to be more effective and of devising methods to safely store hydrogen, hydrogen can be one of the main saviours to dealing with the energy crisis the world faces. The world would never truly be a hydrogen economy, as there are certain scenarios where hydrogen would be outmatched by other sources of energy, but it can provide the most effective solutions in certain circumstances.
