The future of supersonic transport
Conclusion
Supersonic transport was once seen as impossible before the remarkable success of Concorde. Supersonic aircraft still remains one of the biggest engineering marvels in human history. This sadly ended 20 years ago due to a series of unfortunate events. However, as technology continues to advance, supersonic transport is now feasible once again, at a lower cost, with potentially a higher demand, and in a more environmentally friendly way. Thanks to modern technologies and engineering, the Concorde legacy could live on, continuing the ‘impossible’.
