If faced with surgery, employees will have access to designated orthopedic surgeons and neurosurgeons that meet rigorous Cigna Healthcare SM affordability and quality, volume and outcome selection criteria. The benefit includes zero or low cost surgery, 4 pre and post-surgery support, and a travel benefit.
