Andrew Graham Steptoe & Johnson PLLC The areas of energy and mineral law (oil & gas, coal and coalbed methane), real estate, and com- mercial transactions are the focus of Andrew Graham’s practice. He regularly assists clients with mineral title examinations, coordinating and performing due diligence, buying and selling mineral assets, and issues related to surface use and compensation arising from mineral development. Mr. Graham is admitted in Texas and West Virginia. Debra Heckman, CDOA, CPLTA Ms. Heckman has been with Hilcorp Energy Company for 13 years working as a Division Order Analyst and moved into A & D as a Property Transition analyst. She serves as one of the “super users” for the land department and enjoys training and sharing knowledge with her fellow ana- lysts. A native Houstonian with 20 years of industry experience, Debra Heckman earned her BA in Photography, with a minor in Spanish, from Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, Texas in 1989. She is currently earning her MBA from Sam Houston. Elias, Books, Brown & Nelson Mr. Hinton is an attorney in Oklahoma City and practices primarily in the area of oil & gas law and oil & gas title examination. He is a member of the Oklahoma City Mineral Lawyers Society, the Oklahoma City Association of Professional Landmen, and the Energy and Natural Resources Law and Real Property Law Sections of the Oklahoma Bar Association. Curt Horne, CPL A Landman since 1981, Mr. Horne has experience in Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana and Montana, earning his CPL in 1999. He currently serves on the AAPL Legislative and Regulatory Affairs Committee as Assistant Chair and has previously chaired the Certification, Ethics, Publica- tions and Field Landman Committees. A recipient of multiple AAPL awards, Mr. Horne serves as an instructor for Energy Land Institute, the AAPL CPL/RPL Exam Review and other AAPL semi- nars, and is an expert in a variety of topics, including the Oil & Gas Lease, Interest Calculations, Conveyancing, Ethics and more. Sheryl L.Howe, Attorney Wellborn SullivanMeck&TooleyPC Specializing in oil & gas title, transactions and issues related to real property law, Ms. Howe has worked on many issues relating to federal oil & gas leases and federal exploratory units. She assists clients in drafting agreements and title curative documents. Ms. Howe is the author of a number of articles on oil & gas topics. Frank Hinton, Attorney
