Site Utilities 1.
We have included site utilities per the civil drawing in regards to water main, storm sewer, sanitary sewer and storm water detention basin under the drive ramp. We have not included any other storm detention. 2. We include the following tap/termination fees: a. Storm - $2,500 b. Sanitary - $8,000 c. Water - $30,000 Landscaping 1. Our landscaping budget is considered an allowance at this time due to the nature of the drawings. We will update our budget as the design progresses.
Caissons 1.
Caisson work is based on the following: a. Maximum depth of caissons assumed to be 85’-0” b. Caisson shaft diameters and bells per sheet S2.01. c.
Caissons will be installed in accordance with conventional equipment and standard installation procedures. No allowances are included for special installation procedures required by existing and adjacent structures, soil instability or water inflow below surface casing. d. We have included 12 days of pot holing on site, any delays or costs associated with unforeseen conditions are not included in this proposal.

6. Provide concrete subbase at full depth asphalt pavement patching at curb and site utility locations.
Asphalt Paving 1. Mill 2.25” and re-paving ½ of Orleans, West Huron and Franklin Street. 2. Provide striping as required. 3. Provide full width asphalt pavement patch and new curb locations and site utility connections. 4. Provide 2.5” binder and 1.5” surface course in alley. 5. Provide precast concrete wheel stops in parking garage. 6. Provide handicap signs and striping 7. Provide parking garage striping 8. All parking garage signage is by owner.
Fences & Gates 1. Provide wrought iron fence (4’ tall) around dog run/play area. 2. Provide two wrought iron fence gates (3’ wide) at dog run/play area. 3. Provide prefinished mesh on 2 nd and 3 rd floors on north elevation.
