6” x ¾” square edged wood base at all residential corridors and main lobby areas. b. 4” x ¾” square edged wood baseboard with a painted finish at all residential units. c. 3/8” x ½” square edged shoe moulding with a painted finish at all residential units. d. 3” x 1” square edged door trim at all interior prehung doors. e. Shoe at window wall mullions to accommodate wood flooring. 2. ¾” thick Dupont Zodiaq Okite quartz countertops, countertop islands with waterfall edges and kitchen backsplash. 3. 22” deep cultured marble tops with 4” backsplash/sidesplash for the residential unit bathrooms per the narrative/specifications. 4. We include an allowance for the main lobby reception desk and coffee bar. Refer to the allowances noted above. Division 7 Traffic Coatings 1. Sonneborn BASF Master Seal Traffic 1500 coatings at all garage slabs. 2. Sonneborn Sonoguard pedestrian traffic coatings at all residential unit terraces/balconies with the exception of the 11 th , 18 th , 23 rd and 24 th floor terraces that are to receive pedestal pavers over a hydrotech membrane. 3. Sonneborn Sonoguard pedestrian traffic coatings at the 1 st floor trash room, water service room and retail trash room per the finish schedule. All other areas to be sealed concrete.

Division 8 Doors, Frames and Hardware 1. 1-3/8” thick pre-hung doors for all residential unit interior doors with paint grade hinges. 2. All residential unit entry doors to be prefinished. We include (1) 26’-0” x 8’-6” sectional overhead door at the loading dock and (1) 20’-0” x 8’-6” sectional overhead door at the garage entrance. Doors to be steel sectional doors, motor operated with safety edge and photo eyes, powder coated finish in a choice of standard colors. (1) in-ground loop detector for activation included at the parking entrance. Window Wall System 1. Window wall is based on Reflection Series 6500 , which is an exact replica of the Elston 9500 Series NOTE: Please see attached Exhibit A for technical and performance information. 2. Reflection Series 6500 thermally broken flush aluminum window-wall; 4-side structural silicone pre- glazed with double Low-E coated standard clear vision insulating glass (1”, 24mm; warm edge aluminum spacer bar, argon air filled cavity), including head/sill receptors, projected aluminum slab covers at glazed in metal panels, monolithic glass slab covers at glazed window wall and balconies and aluminum break metal extended slab edge covers where indicated.
