2. Furnish and install new automatic sprinkler system Per Governing Authorities. 3. We include (1)750 GPM fire pump. 4. Dry system for garages and overhangs. 5. Stand pipe for stairwells. 6. Test headers. 7. Cabinets for fire department connections 8. Wet sprinkler system for the building. 9. Sprinkler head for elevators. 10. Upright heads for exposed structure 11. Pendant sprinkler heads will be concealed type with chrome cover plates 12. Semi recessed/recessed heads other than exposed structure. 13. We are using SCH #10 and SCH #40 PVC pipes for condo building. 14. Black pipe for garage. 15. Fire department connections.
