HVAC 1. Boilers and Cooling tower package including pumps and accessories as per design 2. Vibration isolators for boilers, cooling tower and pumps. 3. MAU per design document for common areas. 4. Toilet exhaust and dryer exhausts. 5. Condenser water piping including required specialties for the system including air separator, expansion tank, and air vents, etc. 6. Condensate piping. 7. (144) vertical heat pumps for residential units. 8. (2) Vertical Heat pumps for Amenity levels. 9. Electric base board heaters for main lobby glass 10. Unit heaters for vestibules 11. Electric unit heaters for back of the house and garage 12. Galvanized duct work. 13. Supply duct and pipe Insulation. 14. Natural gas pipe. 15. Start-up of all HVAC equipment 16. DDC controls.

Division 16 Electrical 1. Building main services per riser diagram on Drawing E0.001 2. Copper buss duct. 3. Diesel generator - 300 kw with all the feeders and (3) automatic transfer switches. 4. Concrete incase feeders from generator to the fire pumps. 5. Separate feeder for elevators. 6. We have included the building grounding to meet City of Chicago Code requirements. 7. Smoke detectors within the apartments as per code requirements. 8. We have included meter center per drawing (every third floor).
