10. We have included the fire alarm system designed for “Multi Family High Rise” 11. Exit signs and emergency lighting to meet the City of Chicago requirements.

12. Total fixture quantity for (71) residential units is 3,238. The cost for these fixtures is $889,735. 13. We are carrying an allowance of $232,569 for light fixtures for core and shell building lighting and amenity floor lighting. 14. Core and shell card access system allowance of $39,000 15. Audio visual system allowance for amenity floor of $35,000. 16. Residential unit audio visual system per specification. We have total of (839) speakers and (278) volume controls with wiring and conduit for $311,641. 17. Residential unit security system specification for $68,799. We have total of (71) keys, (142) door

contacts, and (71) motion detectors with wiring and conduit. 18. Electrical outlets at terraces/balconies per RFI response. 19. We include exterior lighting on the building. No additional site lighting included. 15.0 Exclusions – The following items are not included in the construction estimate: General 1. Costs associated with phased occupancy. 2. Performance and Payment bonds. 3. Marking/protection of existing utilities. 4. Underground utility vault and/or raised sidewalk protection/repair /restoration. 5. Furniture, furnishings and equipment.
