HVAC 1. All existing mechanical/electrical systems are assumed to be in satisfactory working condition. No repair, adjustment, maintenance, or modification to base building systems is included. 2. We have not included any repair/replacement/testing of existing fire or smoke dampers. 3. We have not included any relocation of existing ductwork mains and/or utilities unless specifically addressed in the Contract Documents. 4. Medical gas recertification is not included.
